For Healthcare Sectors

We have extensive experience in providing necessary vaccination and screening for a variety of healthcare professionals, including doctors, surgeons, nurses, midwives, anaesthetists, theatre staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and podiatrists, as well as non-clinical roles within the sector. Additionally, we offer occupational health services to dental workers, GP surgeries, pharmacists, and universities that train the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Our collaboration with doctors, surgeons, dentists, and midwives has equipped our team to effectively conduct appropriate screening for those involved in Exposure Prone Procedures (EPP). We have also been requested by NHS trusts to compile EPP registers to monitor the status of healthcare workers in these roles.

For Local Authorities

We understand the financial pressures faced by local authorities and are experienced in delivering cost-effective services aimed at reducing sickness absence rates. Employees who are off work due to illness can be a financial burden on local authorities, which is why reducing sickness absence is our top priority in service delivery.

For our existing council clients, we utilise a specialised team consisting of Practitioners, Occupational Health (OH) Physiotherapists, Consultant Physicians, and mental health specialists to address the high volume of staff referrals for musculoskeletal disorders and mental health issues.
Our Consultant Physicians are adept at managing applications for ill-health retirement from local authority employees and teachers.
For Universities and Colleges

We provide pre-enrolment questionnaires tailored to your specific courses, developed by our Medical Adviser, who is a member of the Higher Education Occupational Physicians Practitioners (HEOPS). We have created online questionnaires for nursing, midwifery, speech and language therapy, radiography, occupational therapy, other healthcare students, and trainee primary and secondary school teachers.
For universities enrolling healthcare students, we specialise in organising large screening and vaccination clinics for new students, accommodating up to 900 new students each September for one of our clients. Since most students require blood tests, a series of three hepatitis B vaccinations, followed by additional blood tests, this is a task best handled by professionals.
We employ a team of highly experienced OH Nurses, Practice Nurses, and Phlebotomists to ensure that every student is screened and vaccinated safely.

Our support continues beyond medical screenings. We acknowledge that some students may experience mental health challenges, ranging from general work and study-related stress to more serious conditions. For our university and college clients, we provide access to consultant psychiatrists, as well as our team of OH Nurse Advisers and Occupational Health Physicians.
